I have stayed the same. I have had a super stressfull week and the stress will be over on Sunday!! So I am hoping next week I will make up for this week, I am expecting a big number next week:)

Ok, time for week 2 numbers. I had a really lucky number this week and hopefully it doesn't come back to bite me next time... I lost 2.874%.

WEEK 1 REPORT

well i didn't weigh myself so i am thinking i stayed the same!!!

My total percentage is 1.149 weight loss, it looks like were head to head Jon! This week I am going to work on watching my calorie intake better!

I lost 1.149%. My wife keeps telling me it's ok to throw away the leftover Christmas fudge... I'm not sure how I feel about that....

Weighing your self

I just wanted to let everyone know that health studies have shown it doesn't matter what time of day you weigh your self as long as you do it at the same time everyday. So in other words if you are going to weigh your self when you first wake up make sure that you do it every time when you first wake up. This way you will have consistent with your weight readings. Anyway good luck to everyone.

Initial Starting Weight

I probably have a big advantage over most participants. My initial weight this morning is 222.2. That means I have a lot more to lose than most. The competition will do me good.

DAY 1!!

I just would like everyone to know right now, before it even gets going, that Orem will win this competition. No question about it!

Use the spreadsheet you got in the email to track your weight week over week and then once a week there will be a "weekly weigh-in" post here on the blog where everyone can post their percentage change in the comments section. Keep track of your own progress and I'll keep a master copy that has everyone's so that we can ultimately determine an FC and individual winner.

Remember that you don't need to post your actual weight in pounds. This will be tracked by percentage of weight lost.
