Once a week there will be a "weekly weigh-in" post here on the blog where everyone can post their percentage change in the comments section. Keep track of your own progress and I'll keep a master copy. Remember that you don't need to post your actual weight in pounds. This will be tracked by percentage of weight lost.

I have stayed the same. I have had a super stressfull week and the stress will be over on Sunday!! So I am hoping next week I will make up for this week, I am expecting a big number next week:)
