Weighing your self
I just wanted to let everyone know that health studies have shown it doesn't matter what time of day you weigh your self as long as you do it at the same time everyday. So in other words if you are going to weigh your self when you first wake up make sure that you do it every time when you first wake up. This way you will have consistent with your weight readings. Anyway good luck to everyone.
