Once a week there will be a "weekly weigh-in" post here on the blog where everyone can post their percentage change in the comments section. Keep track of your own progress and I'll keep a master copy. Remember that you don't need to post your actual weight in pounds. This will be tracked by percentage of weight lost. Let the smack talk begin...
I didn't to swell but I lost .47%! Hopefully next week will be better
